Naalala ko noong unang beses akong nagprito ng tilapia.

Binating itlog at hotdog lang ang alam kong lutuin noong bata pa ako. Kaya nang minsang nautusan ako ng aking tatay na magprito ng tilapia, ginawa ko naman. Prinito ko ang tilapia na parang hotdog. Wala pang limang segundo sa mantika ay binaliktad ko agad ang isda. At binaliktad. At binaliktad. At nagwala ang tatay ko.
